For orders being shipped to Ohio, add 6.5% sales tax.

Shipping Charges
Orders received by noon (EST) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after noon will be processed and shipped the following day. Orders will be shipped via ground shipping.

• For orders within the continental United States, shipping is $6.50 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.  
• For orders to Canada, shipping is $11.50 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item.  
• For orders outside the United States and Canada, shipping is $39.50 per book. For large orders, call 708.587.4124 for a shipping quote. International shipping prices do not include duties and taxes.
